Reusable Insulated Cold Pack

Instructions for Use
Store at room temperature (~75°F/24°C). DO NOT FREEZE OR REFRIDGERATE PRIOR TO ACTIVIATION. REFRIDGERATION PRIOR TO ACTIVIATION MAY RESULT IN FROSTBITE.

Shake contents to bottom of pack. Grasp outer edges of pack at the arrows below. SQUEEZE firmly to activate. SHAKE pack well to mix contents after activation. APPLY Cold PAck to desired area. Insulated side should be positioned away from the body making the pack more comfortable to hold. Insulation extends the therapeutic time duration of cold by approximately 20%. Approximate coldest temperature and therapeutic time duration: 33°F/0.5°C, 30 minutes. Leave area uncovered 1 hour before cold re-application. To RE-USE, pace pack in refrigerator for 15 minutes, insulation side down. Do not freeze. Dispose of Cold Pack in proper receptacle.
